Room was not the cleanest. Stains on the carpet, kitchen counter not wiped down, bathroom sink not clean. Bathtub had mold growing in it. Lots of unsavory individuals hanging out in the parking lot.

Seems in need of a refresh inside. Included breakfast is extremely modest. Staff was helpful.
