Very clean, friendly staff
No bedbugs!! Reasonably priced, easy check and check out. Nothinf fancy but thats exactly what i needed. Only thing is make sure you bring shampoo/conditioner, all they give you is the bars of soap.

You should let people know during booking that you only serve oatmeal or muffins for breakfast

Road trip Extended stay was in a great location for our trip to Phoenix. Was not too expensive and I did feel secure while we were there. Would do it again.
Very dated room. Remnants of pet stay. Worn rug. Not pre-stocked with kitchenware or linens for sofa bed. Had to request and go back to welcome desk to get it.
