Lisa Biltmore Lisa was absolutely the best customer service representative to work with above and beyond her professionalism was her heart to heart she was able to carry on with me thank you Lisa for your help and your guidance in words God bless and I will I'll never forget you thank you extended stay America for hiring this woman she is amazing thank you.
Why change? As great as always, which is why I just get on Hotels, and look for Extended Stay Biltmore (or other location if I need to be in another area of town) to reserve a room.
