The hotel was fine. The bed was as hard as a rock so we both woke up with aching backs. I was not thrilled with no housekeeping service. After paying almost $700 for a 4 night stay, I do expect clean towels and a freshly made bed. I was told if I wanted clean sheets, I had to bring the dirty ones to the front desk and they would exchange them for clean ones. There are no ice machines, and the vending machine with drinks was empty. The room had a kitchen but no dishes or silverware. The staff were friendly.

Room was great but service lacked a bit. What you got is what you got no budge was told they were oversold and we might not have a room. GJ
