First room was not up to par. Our first night was a challenge. It smells Aweful! Spoke to the staff member the very next day, they apologized and immediately gave us another room. 2nd room much better, cleaner and smoke free! I gave customer service 5 star due to quick response to the issue.
It's a good place that's well run for what it is. The 24hr diner across the street is what makes this place great.
