This property should be burned to the ground. By location you would think it's good, not great of course because of price. Carpets are filty. Black mole in shower. Doors don't close properly. You can see light although doors are closed as you walk down hall. Stale smoke thru out....cheaper to burn and start new!

Don’t goto this place very dirty

Wish I read reviews before choosing! Property photos are NOT true. Sofa bed are twin size bed with food crumbs in between fold. So very upset with self for choosing this location for family to get rest. This hotel chain is normally awesome but this one is worn. Location close to PCH.

The whole hotel smelled like a marinuana party had been goin on for some time
No response to written complaint to mgr Front desk person had intolerable customer service, would continually hang up on me, 6+ times when I was trying to ask a question. Ended up leaving a day early because of her. Manager never responded to my written complaint. Crumbs, candy stuck to pull out couch mattress. Some staff were really nice: Regina, Melissa, and another front desk gentleman too, all nice.

Nasty just not a place to stay

I liked having a pull out couch as another bed, but it was filthy. It clearly was not cleaned or checked before we pulled it out to sleep on. They had to bring us a ne mattress for it. The floor had a lot of stains in the carpet as well. When we wanted to go swimming in the morning, the front desk lady told us the pool didn't open until 10am, but the sign clearly stated 6:30am.
