Stay somewhere else When you walk into the lobby it's an indication of the condition of the rooms. Certainly not worth the price. I paid for the room and additional $25 for my little dog. I requested a ground floor room but it wasn't available. I was told there was only ONE room I could be in. AFTER I paid, they inform me that the pool is closed and the elevator just doesn't work. As a single female individual staying at this property, everything that could've gone wrong went wrong. The person checking me in constantly got frustrated during the check in process, the elevators were broken, the hallways reeked of marijuana and cigarettes, drawers were broken, outlets weren't working, the TV wouldn't turn on, the inside of drawers had bugs and peeling liner paper inside, and I felt incredibly unsafe. I didn't like The elevator was broken(they didn't notify me in advance), the bathroom door broken, no toilet paper, broken TV in room, it smelled like cigarettes & Marijuana in the hallway that came into the room when i booked Non Smoking room(i have children).The staff was knocking at my room to check me out. I didn't appreciate that i know what time i need to leave. The so call breakfast was bad they ran out of hot water for the oatmeal. I should of stayed at the Quinta!

Common areas were filthy. Elevator was broken. Nothing in the kitchen to cook with or eat with. Very noisy fridge and heater. The heater was so noisy we had to turn it off. Very disappointing stay.

Were the cockroaches for everyone or just me? Dripping faucets, hair on walls, blood spots on bed, phone off hook in another room. Some weird loud squealing noise off and on all night, smelled like cigarette smoke coverd up with cheap cologne. Elevator was broken and not mentioned on website. (My bad knee would of like to have known about that!) Definitely will not ever go backnor stay at another location of this chain.

Do not stay here!!! Was awful, messed up our reservation. Elevator was broke, incredibly DIRTY, 3 roaches as soon as we walked in room. Would have left if it wasnt so late

Under contruction the whole time I was there. Front parking lot and the elevator was not available because of that. Stairs were filthy dirty and smells bad. The so called free breakfast was just cold cereal and bad coffe. At least the stafd was ok. Location was food though.
