Extended Stay Hotel- Phoenix/Bitmore Decent low price range but services are also limited; no housekeeping services but can exchange bath towels. Housekeeping service is an extra charge, if needed. Room condition was decent and comfortable. Really enjoyed the amenities of restaurants and stores within close proximity to the hotel.

The front door had no automatic opener so it wasn't wheelchair accessible. The area for breakfast was right in the front lobby which was very small. I was surprised when I first entered the room and all of the lights and TV were on. I had not had that experience before. I would stay there again if I needed a place close to the hospital.

Shower had multiple pieces of hair in it from previous occupants. Room otherwise seemed decently clean, but hallways & elevator had peculiar smells. No one at desk upon arrival. Finally had to call the front desk while standing there to get someone to come to the front so we could check in.

It was very overpriced for the room that I had. The room wasn't that clean around the bed area, and found hairs. The floors and the lobby were pretty dirty as well fortunately. Also the remote wasn't working but I was so exhausted to even bother asking for batteries.
