My stay was nice. Aside from the low water pressure and the water being shut off for a few hours it was nice. Will stay there again

The tub plug was broken. The towel rack was missing. The television signal kept dropping. The pool was dirty and the water was murky.

The room was clean, but the hotel definitely needs an upgrade (e.g. stains and holes in the carpets, scuffs and scratches in the countertops, stained chairs, smells a bit like old cigarette smoke). The staff are friendly and helpful. I probably wouldn't stay again, but in a pinch for an overnight I think it's fine.

3/10 rating When I arrived. They were still inspecting rooms. I had to wait about 30-40 mins just to check in and get my room. There were about 5 other people just waiting in the small lobby for the same thing. The bed in my room was hard, not comfortable at all. The front desk girl was very nice and sweet. Apologetic.

The employees were nice & helpful. The hotel is old & they need to up date all the rooms. Because this is an extended stay hotel, there were some sketchy people living there.
