Dident like how we had to turn in towles and sheets to get new ones and room never got cleaned

Okay hotel in an okay area. The room we checked into smelled like smoke so the manager upgraded us at no charge to a bigger room. The area itself looked safe but I expected it to be better since I've been to Phoenix and the Biltmore area a lot. The bathrooms are small.
