Convenient for driving, shopping, and dining. Helpful and friendly staff. Bathroom needs cleaning instead more than 7 days rule. Some leakages happened in sink and half broken toilet seat ( the toilet seat is swinging from left to right) but not fallen off. It should be better maintained. On the whole it is reasonable price to stay in this type of hotel.

the hallway to room smelled musty. But the room was clean and comfortable.

The staff(Xzavion) who checked us in was polite, pleasant, and welcoming. While the bed was comfy and the linens clean, the carpet was heavily stained, the couch had tears in it. Parts of the cabinetry was missing. Fortunately, we were only staying one night. Property definitely needs repairs and maintenance updates.
