Terrible experience. No one at the fron desk for over an hour. No one is answering the phone. Had to keep trying different deoartments until someone fiannly answered to say they will helo find the front desk employee ASAP and will give us a call back. Half an hour later still no receptionist neither a phone call. Until now I have not received my money back.

Not so awesome Front desk lacked customer service and not just during check in or one time but every time, and the one gentleman who was friendly was ridiculously friendly that it seem sarcastic or fake. They didn’t have the dishes and pots and pans they said they would provide upon request and I was there 3 days nor were they apologetic or offer any type of substitute. HORRIBLE PLACE TO STAY - RUN, DON'T WALK FROM HERE This place was HORRIBLE. Upon checking in my daughter found food and trash from the previous tenant still in trash cans, fridge and cupboards. The manager appeared very concerned and indicated that she felt it was unacceptable so she moved my daughter to another room. The 2nd room also had food and trash from a previous tenant, as well as the bathtub was not clean - soap residue in the tub - GROSS. Daughter looked under the bed - DISGUSTING.. Prepaid but was charged by the hotel. The girl checking me in wasn’t around had another family waiting to check in. When she got to me wasn’t very friendly. Didn’t write down my room number or anything no map. Stayed at a Sleepy Inn in Mesa which was much nicer and better service. Plus I got double charged from the hotel even though I prepaid for the room. Now working with Hotels.com to reverse the charges. Irritating

Budget friendly The rooms were decent. Booking says it includes breakfast. All we got were muffins and granola bars. So it wasnt as impressive. Local area was ok. Didnt really have a designated do not disturb sign and made service varied on days.

Dawn is very unprofessional and disrespectful. They made mistakes with my checkin and they called me yelling and being rude.

First room I was sent to was someone else’s room which was a mess. Second room the toilet didn’t work and juice of some sort was splattered everywhere. Refrigerator was dirty. No vending machines, no ice. Place was horrible. Actually left cause I was just uncomfortable. Worst place I ever stayed.

Pésimo. Mi reservación no aparecía en el sistema, llegue a las 2 am y no fue hasta las 3:30 am que me dejaron pasar y bajo condición, al siguiente día perdí una cita de trabajo porque espere 1 hora más a que se aclarara la situación. Cuando yo ya tenia una reservación pagada.
