My room was big and and the front desk guy was very nice and helpful. He upgraded my room and the room was great.

The room was clean however, the sheets were dirty, the remote didn’t work properly, the shower curtain was sour smelling, shower leaked. Overall the service was good I think there needs to be more care out into the upkeep of the rooms, especially since animals are welcomed.

I had reservation and when I want to the hotel and talk to the front desk they charge me and they charge me deposit then they told me let’s just check the room, after a minute he came down he asked me can I wait another hour because The room wasn’t ready He should have check the room before he charge me I think that is unprofessional just to tie me down.
