Customer service was excellent, organization was also excellent. Cleanliness in bathroom and countertops should need revision.

Stolen room key I only used the room for a few hours to do some work. Upon my exit, I dropped my keys in the key card basket. Someone must’ve seen me drop because a few days later I was charged almost $500 in additional room fees. When I called to inquire, they stated that my room had cigarettes and the TV was stolen. When asked how I could talk to someone, they gave me a useless phone number and said there was nothing else that I could do.
