Bad Experience!! First, had to wait for 30 minutes to get help from the desk. When I got a help, I noticed I they overbooked me. Had to wait another 20minutes or so to get me a room. When we got a room, we walked in and it wasn't even cleaned yet. I had to come down to the front desk and had to wait again to tell them to find me another room. New room we got it was clean and I was like okay until I was about to take a shower. The floor of the shower, I saw men's hair. I just cleaned it by myself.

Room near mall Staff good .Location very good. I love it Room :AC not cool, room not clean enough,

Third Night at Extended Stay. The front desk agent McTae was very apologetic about my experience with two mornings of no coffee available at all in the front lobby. The front desk lady that morning did come up right away to clean up the toilet that over flowed in my room #330, and got all the water up which was most appreciated. The third night in room #318 smelled of stale cigarettes, so I bought some air freshener, but it didn't help much. Extended Stay with mishaps. There were a few mishaps, toilet overflowed, non working desk lamp in the room, and no coffee in the lobby at 7:30am in the morning, two days running. However, bed was comfortable, room clean, and surprisingly I slept well, considering the room is right near the freeway. The front desk staff have good customer service skills, and did apologize for the mishaps. So, yes I would stay again.

My Experience For the price I am a little upset with all the plumbing issues. Kitchen sink, bathroom sink and tub would take at least 45 minutes to an hour to drain. Toilet had to be flushed 3-4 times. Not a good selection on cable either. Motel 6 has way more channels. Their breakfast was the exact same everyday. 2 choices of granola bar, oatmeal, small muffin and coffee or tea. For the price I think they need to step it up.

The Staff is Amazing 1. Plumbing was horrible. Kitchen and bathroom sink took 45 minutes to an hour to drain. 3 times kitchen sink backed up with horrible smelly water. Bath tub would not drain either which was hard with 2 people trying to shower for work. The man who worked down stairs tried to fix it. Told us in the morning someone would be by. We could not use sink for 2 days. Then after the man came it still wouldn't drain. We are currently staying here until our home is finished. Well that was our plan. Due to the cont... read more
