Several stains on bathroom sink area. Same on room carpet and in dire need of replacement.
Easy going staff & friendly
Amazing They make everything so easy and they don’t stress you out. This hotel is by far the most understanding hotel there is and the employees are AMAZING. It comfortable here it dirty at all.
I was disappointed because 2 day I stayed and they didn’t remove our trash or fresh towel. I had to do it myself.
Everything was fantastic! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome! The hotel was very clean and decorated very nicely, and there was even a lovely fragrance throughout the entire building! We definitely plan to return here with every trip to Phoenix!
