Jail had a better check in routine. The stay would have been great, had it not been for check=in. I went to see a friend and decided to stay a night. On the way to lunch i stopped by the desk it was about 1230pm....she told me the rooms were still being done....i understood checkin was at 3. Returned at 236pm ask if there was availibility she said check in was 3pm even though 3 girls were there chatting and joking loudly in back I believe the Manager Lisa, Lucia and another employee. My stay was good except hot water didnt get hot. Lukewarm, I would book here again.

Almost Check-in was slow & inefficient. I was ignored for a few minutes before the process started. The room was okay, but not impressive. The couch in the living room was not comfortable. Carpets in the hallways are stained an in poor repair. Biggest disappointment was that while waiting for the elevator I was told buy another guest that it hadn't been operating properly for a few days. I would have liked to have been informed by hotel staff at check in perhaps with the option to be placed on a lower floor.
