Its really not an extended stay location but more like a Transient location. I could be wrong but thats my take.

it was nice ,BUT the people around the area and in the pool area looked like crack heads! sorry but when you pull up and the police are out front with 2 young adults that look homeless and the police are trying to check them in, it makes you a little uneasy, room was nice but I didn't feel clean....just because! .

Shower sealing was falling and no t coffee or hot water in the lobby also the air conditioner was to noisy.

Some places never change Be it Scottsdale, Phoenix, Tempe, or anywhere in the Valley of the Sun, the Extended Stay is the best hotel/motel to stay at. Great sized refrigerator, kitchen, bathroom area, comfortable bed, television & more. That is why I stay there everytime I'm in The Valley, and will stay there anytime I am anywhere else, if there is an Extended Stay in that city!
