The staff is friendly. The rooms need to be updated. All the carpets should be tripped out. They are causing a very musty smell. Much need overhaul on the rooms.

It was pleasant
Great customer service Amazing customer service from the front desk attendant, Angelica!! The room itself is extremely dated. The room was good for a quick overnight trip downtown.

It was clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. It was also close to restaurants and amenities
We reserve the room for 4 people but there was just 2 sets of towels when we arrived. But we can go downstair to get more.
