Extended Stay America in Midtown Phoenix Lack of staff made check-in delayed.....Angelica was great at the front desk. She checked us in but then had to go upstairs and clean the room before we could go in Room 222. She deserves a raise!! She was the only staff on duty when we checked in. No other help in the hotel. I felt sorry for her......she was so friendly and calm. Bed light by window with the green base didn't work....the light didn't turn on.....maybe burnt out. Lamp shade is also broken....won't stay upright. Fridge... read more
Helpful front desk person and location is convenient being in midtown and having light rail to use. Their idea of free breakfast includes only tiny muffins and coffee. (Grab n Go) 2nd night there I had to call front desk because next door room was Partying at 1am. They turned down the music but kept talking. This was the cheapest hotel in the area being peak season but I wouldn’t stay here again.
The ladies at the front desk were pleasant and kept the coffee machines filled. The property could use some updating.
