It’s somewhat okay, short staff Right at check-in I was advise the elevator was out of order. We had stayed there before Christmas holiday at the same hotel where the elevator was broken through the whole morning. This hotel needs a 24/7 maintenance person or get a new elevator system or maybe another elevator to make it more easier for handicapped and disabled people. This hotel does not have a built-in outside access systems for the side doors, where you can make it to your room, from your car to your room faster.

conveniently located near train Great customer service and conveniently located near train.
This hotel is used as a homeless shelter. The facilities are stressed (elevator was not working) and many people were just hanging out at the pool and front entrance. The a/c unit in our room was very noisy. The registration desk staff were not very welcoming. Thankful we were only there one night.

Over priced under quality No one at the front desk for 30 minutes. The furniture was torn and dirty. There was burned food on the stove burners, and dried up noodles on the stove. The bathroom sink was dirty and the floors needed sweeping. I think the only thing done to prepare this room for my check in was to make the bed, and with the way the rest of the room looked I was not confident the sheets were cleaned.
