Service what service?? No one was at the front desk when I showed up.. when I had to go to the front desk there was never anyone there always had to wait for someone to show up the key didn't work for the central entrance went and told front desk gave me another key it didn't work. There were no phones in the room therefore having to call the front desk you had to use your cell phone. The remote didn't work when I called to get a new one no one showed up so I had to call again that remote really didn't work either. There's n... read more

When checking in staff tried to give me a room with a nasty couch when complained he stated there were to many people who had not come w reservation to change rooms around as if I hadn’t had a reservation for weeks and I had already paid . I advised him my reservation didn’t assign me to that room . I spoke to manager and she made changes.He made me feel like I was less important than those that were going to come to hotel

Comfortable Comfortable but nothing special. Room was a bit drab. Although quiet and convenient. Great location if you are taking light rail.

We picked this hotel because it was close to the Light Rail & other hotels were overpriced. We drove 5 hours from Las Vegas & arrived 1/2 hour before check-in. We could NOT check in before 3:00 p.m. & there were no public restrooms for guests while waiting to check in. Our room was ok at best - it was a place to keep our stuff. The mattress was sagging in the middle & after the 2nd night, my back was very tight. There was an overpowering scent as you entered the room - like a bottle of perfume broke on the hardwood floor.
