First time stayed extended stay of america, disappoint us. cockroaches, no cups for coffee, sometimes no sugar, no cupcakes for breakfast (reason why we check in), I return the towels for new one, but i have to wait for hour/s to it to be washed, take note we are staying five days, no pans, no kitchen ware when asked to the staff, only one tries to help us lend pan and spatula, and someone lend us coffee mug, because there are no paper cups, the mattress in sofa is soo filty, lights are need to replace, no available hair blo... read more

was given a room for in it it was not clean. Got another room it had a roche crawling on the bed and I refused to stay in it so Finley got a 3rd room it was just so so. left my key for the door at the front desk because it was not open and I had to check out to get my flight

I stayed at this hotel with a couple of friends two years ago and it was good for the money we paid this time it is awful i brought family and i am ashamed. The condition of the premises are awful, some sketchy people just hanging around outside.

I was told it had a fitness center and it doesn’t. I could never find ice machine and when I did, it was broken down I will never able to get ice. The ladies at the front desk were very rude. No one ever spoke. They were not smiling. they always seem angry. It was only one young lady from another Hotel that worked there. She was nice and the men were OK.

Very unprofessional services My stay was not a good experience, the check in lady was very unprofessional and and rude. I also wasn't given the correct room that i reserved. The manager also did not try to make things right about my room. I was told that there was nothing they could do to make things right. I will not be coming back to stay at this motel again in the future.

The toilet ran all night (we tried to fix it, but we couldn't). The carpet was very wet from having been recently been cleaned, furniture that we assume had been removed for the carpet cleaning had not been replaced (coffee table) no hair dryer and none available from rude person at the front desk. Extended Stay America is our go-to whenever we need a place to stay whether locally or when traveling, but we'll never stay at the Phoenix location again.

The carpet in my room, 214, was stained from end to end. The tub was rusted, there was severe rusting inside the microwave, and the room smelled like dogs. Feeling uncomfortable to walk on the carpet barefooted is a sure sign that a room is unsanitary. Don't be fooled by the "free breakfast." I was offered a nutragrain bar and chocolate muffin from the front counter.
