Unsatisfactory As I went to check in I was told the room I requested was unavailable. They had to give me 2 separate rooms on different floors forcing ny husband to stay in one room with our son while I stayed in another room with my daughter l. The room I stayed in smelled like cigarette when I clearly asked for a nonsmoking room. The elevator did not working making us having to carry our luggage all the way to the 3rd floor. You rent, what you pay for. Upon arrival the elevator was out of order and going to be ready within six weeks. This is absolutely outrageous since there’s plenty of money coming for the room rentals. The stairs were gross and unkept. A bucket of hot water, clorox and dawn would but manual labor will certainly do the job. The carpet seemed vacuumed but the interior siding of the carpet had dust bunnies- nasty! When keeping a room for the next guest an absolute cleanliness is required. Meh Not the greatest, but ok. Elevator was broken so it put a bit of a damper on things. I had a ton of stuff to work on so it just created a hassle. Took awhile to get things taken care of that weren't working. Just not like description at all

Room had bad odor and felt like things were crawling on us woke up with bug bites.
