Not the best. Seemed ok at first and that it would be enough to get through two nights when I wasn't spending much time there. But the second night I asked for another towel and the front desk person said I had to bring in a soiled towel in order to get another. I explained that my room only had ONE towel and he refused to give me a towel without an exchange for a soiled one. I told him again I only had ONE towel and the room was a double. Experience was not good. I was surprised and dismayed that a hotel located in beautiful Scottsdale could be so lacking in just the basic amenities like cleanliness and comfort. My room had a mysterious, persistent and unpleasant odor. The bathroom was deplorable. The toilet has not been cleaned and smelled of urine. It was uncomfortably small and dimly lit. We stayed at the Extended Stay in Scottsdale for one night. We left the next day. Was a very crowded room, beds and bedding was uncomfortable. Rooms were cold. We checked out the next evening. Front Desk was unable to figure out how to credit our card back but said they would have a manager take care of it first thing in the morning. It's been 10 days. 8 phone calls and been on hold for hours and have still not received a credit back. FYI: this is my first time ever writing a review for anything. Extended stay America, Scottsdale Az.hotel from He March 22nd, upon checked into our room, we've noticed lack of kitchen utensils and coffee maker, went downstairs to inquire about the missing items and the evening clerk said we must check these items out, but he can help us because he didnt have the items, because " people steal these stuff". Next morning by 8:15a.m, hotel is all out of coffee,and hot water, not to mention dry up muffins. March 24th, only elevator on the property had broken down, not fixed till the next day... read more

Bait & switch - 2nd worst hotel stay ever. Interior pictures are not of the actual hotel! And yes it looks nice outside except nobody took the trash out for an entire weekend so there was garbage all over. The bed sheets were dirty! Hair and stains on them!! Had to ask for replacements & received 2 fitted sheets. The blanket provided was "crunchy" from being burned in the dryer on too high heat. Dirty Hotel With No Service Terrible experience. Dirty hotel, with poor staff, no room cleaning, only one towel and no utensils or plateware. While I was unpacking my car, a car reversed at high speeds and the driver pushed the horn for a solid 30 seconds. Walking towards the main entrance, I saw a young woman who turned out to be the hotel manager come out and casual talk to the driver who was now standing outside the car. avoid at all costs! We had a three day baseball tournement in Scottsdale during spring training. Being on a tight budget and most room at the places i usually stay being in the upwards of $375 we decided to go with this place seeing as we only needed a shower and bed. Boy will we never ever ever make this mistake again! Hotel check is was odd- employee reeked of cigarettes and had a dingy stained shirt on and obviously hated his job.
