Dirty I opened the bed and there was a big wad of hair on the sheet. Dried cough syrup was on the kitchen counter and the drawers were filthy. This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at. I was afraid to touch anything and couldn't wait to leave.

At the tine of checking in no one was behind the front desk. We had to go check into a different hotel for the night.

Eventhough maid service is optional. The room was dirty (bathroom ) and garbage had not been emptied when we checked inti the room initially.

The "No other options" place This place is run down, old and in dire need of an update. Rooms have potential as they have a kitchen, couch, and table. But everything is unclean and I wouldn't boil a pot of water there. Was afraid to sit on the couch. Didn't want to lie in the bed. TV was bad. Remote barely worked. Not many channels. There was actually nothing good about this place. The smell of bleach is actually refreshing as it reduced my fears of mold, bugs, etc.

The room they gave me was someones elses room.. they werent in the room at the time thank god... TV was on, clothes on floor and bed had been slept in.. the next room they gave me was cleaned with so much bleach it was all I could smell.. turned on fans and opened window to air out and still smelled very strong the next morning..

Room was not cleaned. Service was not responsive and did not try to make it right.

Exceptionally irresponsible staff. They just said the prepaid reservation was not accepted and did not bother to explain or suggest alternative plans.

Dirty underware behind the TV!!!!! The evening started out finding a dirty tissue on the floor behind the bathroom door. I picked it up with another tissue to toss it away and noticed hair and dust built up behind the door. The remote didn't work for the TV. We went down to ask for new batteries and tell the front desk about the bathroom. She gave its batteries but didn't seem to care about the condition of the room.
