Bad service. Meh, Hotel. Wasn’t a good experience, the staff at the hotel were pretty rude and un-accommodating. They almost went out of their way to make things more difficult and unpleasant for me. The hotel itself was sub par. You are better off picking somewhere else to avoid unforeseen headaches.

Very noisy air conditioners, I tried three rooms at this hotel and one room at another Extended Stay hotel and every room had an Amana air conditioner that was too loud to sleep easily at a setting that would cool the room. Be advised the "breakfast" is a post-Covid very meager one: muffin, fig bar and coffee.

Hard bed Bed was extremely hard. Checked out a day early and nobody asked my why I was checking out

Very disappointed I was overall disappointed with my stay here. When we arrived to check in, we couldn’t find a rep at the front desk so we waited a while for someone to check us in. The bed was rock hard, it literally felt like we were sleeping on the floor. My son used the pull out bed and it was covered with crumbs. The advertisement said free continental breakfast from 6-9:30 am but when we went to get breakfast there was no such thing. The coffee in the lobby was also empty.
