They did not offer breakfast like they say they do. The whole hotel had an odd smell to it. There’s kitchens in the room with nothing in the room. They didn’t have blankets for the pull out bed. The women working the front was super sweet but I feel like the failed her on training so it made check in longer.

They overbooked our room and so when we had been traveling all day and finally got to the hotel they did not have a room for us. Nor did they bother to help us find a room. Very frustrating.

Rooms too small. No plates, no silver ware, no pots, no pans, no coffee maker. So, you pay for stove and refrigerator, which are useless. No work out room. You can't make breakfast in room, and they have no breakfast available. It's like you're staying in a motel in 1960.

Lack of basic housekeeping will prevent us from returning.

Bed was absolutely awful, shower water temperature was locked at Luke warm, no vending machines in the entire building, “breakfast”was a joke.
