The room smelled of smoke. I should have asked to be moved. However, I was so busy with my brother's memorial service, I didn't have time or energy to move. The staff wasn't particularly helpful when I let them know of the problem. They offered no solutions or suggestions.

The room was spacious but the pull out bed was like sleeping on springs. The bed was uncomfortable. The breakfast consisted of choices between granola bar or tiny muffin. The local was in a nice neighborhood. Not worth the price

Plumbing sucked and lacked Plungers! I booked 2 queen beds and only got 1 with a twin pull out sofa bed. The beds were not comfortable. We neeeded a plunger and they said they gave all of them out so that sucked! We called numerous times for a plunger and they kept saying they handed them all out and didnt know where they were. I’ve stayed here multiple times & usually like it. This time - this room was run down & things broken. Gross towels were left in the hallway for days. Bed was hard as a rock

Would not suggest to anyone!! Dead bird on property for 2 days, noisy guest above for hours and into the early morning. Was supposed to stay 4 nights left after 2 and property refusing to refund my last two nights.. Customer service at Expedia tried to assist in the refund (over 400.00) but property would not budge.

The tub in our room was clogged & it took forever to go down. Also the elevator had a weird smell. Other then that it was fine.

All around bad. I arrived at the hotel to check in and was informed that they had transferred me to a different hotel 15 minutes away. I never got a call or anything. When i arrived at the new hotel, i was told the hotel room had only one bed when i had reserved for two. After some adjustments i was given a room with two beds smaller than the original room had, and was charged more.
