They overbooked our room and so when we had been traveling all day and finally got to the hotel they did not have a room for us. Nor did they bother to help us find a room. Very frustrating.

Rooms too small. No plates, no silver ware, no pots, no pans, no coffee maker. So, you pay for stove and refrigerator, which are useless. No work out room. You can't make breakfast in room, and they have no breakfast available. It's like you're staying in a motel in 1960.

Bed was absolutely awful, shower water temperature was locked at Luke warm, no vending machines in the entire building, “breakfast”was a joke.

Bad service. Meh, Hotel. Wasn’t a good experience, the staff at the hotel were pretty rude and un-accommodating. They almost went out of their way to make things more difficult and unpleasant for me. The hotel itself was sub par. You are better off picking somewhere else to avoid unforeseen headaches.

Very noisy air conditioners, I tried three rooms at this hotel and one room at another Extended Stay hotel and every room had an Amana air conditioner that was too loud to sleep easily at a setting that would cool the room. Be advised the "breakfast" is a post-Covid very meager one: muffin, fig bar and coffee.
