Hotels.com overbooked us at our original Extended Stay hotel so we had to go to another one a few miles away that didn’t offer the same amount of beds in each room, it was in a bad location, the rooms were disgusting, the customer service was terrible, & we were double charged for our stay. Very frustrating experience.

Worst experience ever! it was very dirty, there was no essentials like towels and soap, employees were unable to help. Don’t recommend at all

The rooms were supposed to be non smoking but the room smelled like stale smoke. They had no alternate rooms for the night. However the breaking point was blood on the toilet paper.

Personal trip with son for sports Rollabed had n. Had to wait to after check-in for linens and blanket to get cleaned. Mattress on roll-a-bed was long past it's useful life and marginally clean. Internet security certificates were expired. I could not connect my work laptop due to security concerns. It wasn't disclosed bat booking that the complimentary wifi was very restricted speed. This hotel was totally filthy. It was disgusting. And they’ve used Covid as an excuse to cancel all the amenities. It was very disappointing.

At this point im just calling the money a loss, so many things went wrong but once the saftey of my family is in jeopardy it was time to leave. Things went south right from check in the first room we were given had someone still in it went back down to the lobby and was given another room while she went up to figure out what was going on.
