Customer Service was good room was clean and the area was quiet got a good nights sleep
Pretty run down The hote is in a great location, but is actually pretty run down. I can correlate the price, and feel this is why it was priced lower than others nearby (mariott).

Do not Stay here! I will not be again. When I arrived (12Pm) I asked if I could check in early, Lady at front desk was nice and said no rooms were available yet but to checkback in a bit. I also asked do to a medical condition and heavy bags if I could get a bottom floor. The Lady was nice again and said she would add a note to my reservation. , she also stated that 10 rooms were goign to be available.
