The person at check in was super friendly, but she suggested I book through a 3rd party to get a bigger room. I did. The fridge wasn’t working so my stuff went bad. I asked for a small refund and was told they couldn’t give me a refund because I booked it through a 3rd party. A voucher would’ve been nice, but they just kept on insisting that I would’ve gotten any refund if I had booked directly with them and they said the only way I would’ve been suggested to book through a 3rd party is if it meant I’d get a discount. Medical trip All we required was a place to rest and sleep the night before a medical procedure. The walls are thin and the noise level was bad. Someone near us had music booming that would have been heard a block away from the motel and there was a diesel truck that kept leaving and returning and he roared his engine every time. TJ at front desk was a highlight- very personable and helpful. For an “extended stay” it was very disappointing- no dishes or silverware, no coffee pot, no cooking utensils or pots/pans. Room was as clean as could be with stains on carpet and walls. Very basic hotel.

Why I'll continue staying @ Extended Stay. The bathroom sink drained slower than normal, but it was no problem. Everything else about my 3 night stay was as excellent as nearly always.
Breakfast? Ok, nothing to write home about. No "breakfast" for 3 of our 6 days
