OMG! I didn't sleep! Someone in the next room was talking so loudly on the phone and laughing around midnight.The bed sheets were full of hair. Never to this location!!!

Funky smell, bad bathroom

This place was horribe some staff unprofessional . Rooms dirty bed broke moved up to a different room because we requested a pull out the pull out did not even have a mattress on it. Dishwasher old food stunk up entire room no extra blankets holes in wall and furniture . Yelling through hallways just nasty .
116 degrees and pool closed
This place has gone downhill since my last stay. It was like a motel 6 with an unstocked kitchenette. Reserved a queen bed but, got a full size instead that was very uncomfortable. The bathtub had a broken stopper. It was a pretty lame experience. Do better.

I had called to verify that checking in last 12:00am would be permissible and was told yes. Upon arriving I was told “the system is rebooting” and simply had to sit and wait outside with my bags until 1:00am. This was not a very nice start after a very long day and simply wanting to get some rest. Upon entering the room, there was debris, an overall lack of cleanliness, and leftover towels from past guests (including under the bed). Not impressed and pretty disappointed that I was charged fully after being left outside.
