The kitchen was not equipped, what I had when I got there was, skillet, pan, 2 dishes, 3 forks, 1 spoon, 2 knives. What I did not have: glasses, coffee pot, toaster, cooking utensils, dish cloth, detergent. No hairdryer. Tub had no hand rail or non skid surface. Room was clean.

Room was awful. Furniture torn, tub rusty, caulking missing in bathroom and room needs a complete gutting.

Old Rooms, not really kept up, kitchen cabinets were sticky, people were living in the parking lot. Its pretty Ghetto. My son was playing in the pool at 11am and someone came out of their room and told him to keep it down. Breakfast was only a few limited options. Stay anywhere else

At check in they required both my ID and my wife’s. The photographed the front and back of our IDs. When we go to our room we found housekeeping left three huge bags of garage piled in front of our door that we had to live to get inside. The garbage was still there two hour later. The water was shut off when we arrived, which they did not mention at check-in. We had no water and could not get ready for our night out. Poor condition. Didn't have towels or tissues on certain days when asked. Laundry room is disfunctional and the staff can't help because it's managed by a different company.

Avoid this Extended Stay unless you want to spend a night at the Old Bates motel from the movie Psycho.. gives you a feeling of a rusty 70s road side motel.. the only positive thing about our stay was that the location is really close to Fashion Square.. Lady at the front desk while checking in was really friendly though.
