Terrible make it your last choice Non smoking room smelled like smoke room out dated bed was like sleeping on a brick

Disappointing. I felt like I was living in a very bad dormitory. It was extremely loud, other guests often blasting music that shook the walls. Absolutely no dishes, utensils or other items you would expect to find in an extended stay efficiency. One arm chair had a broken leg. All I can say for it, was that it seemed to be clean.

Might be cheaper but not worth the stress Looked Great from the outside- I open room and it’s not cleaned from persons prior to us. No manager on site , woman at the desk had to call him. No cleaning staff around so woman at the desk had to clean our room herself. So my Husband, myself and our 3 kids sat in small lounge area for an hr waiting- The room was a nice room overall, very spacious. Just glad we were on 1st floor because ELEVATOR was broken. Housekeeping wasn't available, so towels and washcloths we had to reuse. The rooms haven't been updated in a very long time. Good local area and the lady that checked us in was nice.

Was incredibly disappointed. I showed up at 4:45 to checkin. No one was there at front office. Waited 20 minutes.. still no one. Left and came back an hour later... This time there was someone there. Their elevators were out of order. Therefore, had to get their last room on the 1st floor due to handicap. Got the key cards and left for 3 hours. Returned at 10 pm. Finally, a room to sleep.
