We didn't get the same room we reserved, theres a wasp nest next to the window, and it was full of empty beer bottles under the bed, and it was dirty and smelt bad

The staff was not friendly and they gave away our room. The whole facility was disgusting.

Absolutely disgusting!!! I want my money back NOW!! I’m so angry. We arrived in around midnight after a long flight to find people waiting in the Lobby for close to an hour. The Lobby was disgusting. When we got to the room and opened up the sofa bed there were cigarette burns, stains all over, no extra pillows or sheets for sofa bed. We went back down to ask receptionist she was no where to be found. The elevator was disgusting. The hallways were gross. I want my money back NOW!

This hotel was filthy. Our room was visibly and disgustingly dirty and smelled bad, which we believe was due to the piles of trash that had not been taken out in the nearby stairwell. When we told the front desk, we were only offered Fabreze. We did not feel comfortable staying there and drove 4 1/2 hours home in the middle of the night after the Taylor Swift concert rather than sleep in that filthy room. Now we are trying to get a refund.

Nasty The worst, this hotel should be shut down honestly. I wouldn’t stay there and didn’t stay with how nasty it was. The hall way smelled like cat urine so strong it almost made my 4 year old puke. The hallway on our floor was so dark and musty looking. Our walls in our room were filthy. I wouldn’t stay if it was given to me for free. If you have any self respect for yourself do not stay here I regret booking this hotel. It needs to be shut down

I would NOT recommend booking this. This was the dirtiest room I have ever stayed in. The floor had not been cleaned, our socks and feet were black from walking on it. The kitchen area had food on the walls, grease all over the stove and microwave. The bathroom was old but also looked dirty. The shower had almost no water pressure. The beds were extremely hard.
