I stayed there for just one night. Its an average hotel. No amenities whatsoever compared to the price they charge. They tell you upfront the housekeeping is done once a week!! They tell you free continental breakfast, which is nothing but few packets of trail mix, muffins, & coffee. Not ideal for more than 1 night.

Overnite stay to see the Pirates Room wasn't ready when we got there. Breakfast was granola bars, no ice machines. They did have a kitchen to keep our beverages cold. Close to downtown, only took 10-15 minutes after Pirates game to get back.

The housekeeping lady and the older lady working at the front desk were very friendly. The room was wonderful. Loved the kitchen in the room.

Clean rooms Have stay at this extended stay america over the past several years. This time was quite nice. The check in was okay..Jacki was very pleasant and accommodating.My room and my sons room was clean. The only issue was my sons rooms door did not close properly. If he hadn't gone back to his room to get something it would have been open for anyone to walk in. Otherwise a very pleasant stayl..

Perfect! Truly a great experience! The Hotel was clean, quiet. The staff was great! Very attentive, pleasant. And the town of Carnegie was awesome!! I won't hesitate to stay again next year!! Thanks

Not So Hot In Carnegie Area We asked them to charge a specific credit card for our stay which was different than the card we used to secure the booking. We ran the card upon arrival and they still ended up charging the wrong card. It's been several days since they assured us it would be taken care of and it still has not. When we checked in we had to wait quite a long time for someone to show up at the front desk as they only had one person working in the entire hotel. In Carnegie..close to attractions Checked in late night. The place was lighted but surroundings were a little dark. Room was clean enough but could certainly improve.
