Business in Carnegie Well located and appointed.
You call that breakfast!!! The room was clean and comfortable and had good air conditioning. The neighborhood was quiet and the staff was friendly. But when im told that breakfast is included in the price and get a handful of granola bars a processed mini muffin and stale coffee I'm quite disappointed.
I stayed there for just one night. Its an average hotel. No amenities whatsoever compared to the price they charge. They tell you upfront the housekeeping is done once a week!! They tell you free continental breakfast, which is nothing but few packets of trail mix, muffins, & coffee. Not ideal for more than 1 night.
good condition and worth for money .
Overnite stay to see the Pirates Room wasn't ready when we got there. Breakfast was granola bars, no ice machines. They did have a kitchen to keep our beverages cold. Close to downtown, only took 10-15 minutes after Pirates game to get back.
The housekeeping lady and the older lady working at the front desk were very friendly. The room was wonderful. Loved the kitchen in the room.
Clean rooms Have stay at this extended stay america over the past several years. This time was quite nice. The check in was okay..Jacki was very pleasant and accommodating.My room and my sons room was clean. The only issue was my sons rooms door did not close properly. If he hadn't gone back to his room to get something it would have been open for anyone to walk in. Otherwise a very pleasant stayl..
