The property is good. The bed was comfortable. Everything was good for the cost of stay
Maintenance is clearly not a high priority here. Bathroom: shower curtain rod falling down, shower diverter jammed, toilet seat flopping around loose, countertop scarred. Outside: a veritable weed farm.
