Hero woman and busted fire alarm The lady that checked me in was not even supposed to be checking people in. She was just supposed to be cleaning, but because the incoming shift was a no show, she stepped up and took care of me. Later, when I had a problem using the TV, she was at my door faster than I could even put my clothes on and she knew exactly how to fix it. Bad customer service dirty bathroom

I will look for another place to stay next time. The rooms of this property need to be renovated desperately! The rooms are very out of date as far as appliances and technology. The bed was god awful uncomfortable and the rooms smell like the hotel used to be a casino where it was smoke filled 24/7 and now it’s a hotel and they are trying to cover the smoke smell with air freshener…it doesn’t work!
