This was the worst stay I've ever had. It should've been a clear indication that even during the US OPEN, when other places wanted 500 a night, they only wanted 250. I will never stay at an extended stay ever again in life!!! I literally switched rooms 3 times and was not satisfied with any of them! I paid for 2 nights and left after the first night. I couldn't stand it another night!

Our stay at Extended Stay America, advertised as a three-star hotel on Expedia, was a one-star disaster. I’m appalled Expedia recommended this place. Here’s the ordeal we faced: No room keys were provided. We had to call the front desk to be escorted, but the broken door card system left us stranded multiple times when staff were busy. Our assigned room had a maintenance worker in it, with tools everywhere. Their solution? A refund and a suggestion to “find somewhere else.” Unacceptable after trusting Expedia’s recommendatio... read more

My stay at Extended Stay America, falsely listed as a three-star hotel on Expedia, was a complete disaster. I’m appalled Expedia recommended this one-star mess. For both days of our stay, we had no room keys. We had to call the front desk every time, but with only one overworked staff member, we were stuck waiting outside our room—sometimes for ages. This was beyond frustrating. The room was a dump: sticky floors, broken shelves, flimsy comforters, and no warm sheets. Our assigned room wasn’t even ready, forcing us to consid... read more

The guest service Michael is not friendly at all, it seems like we were bothering him, just because we asked for towels. His customer service is very poor. In this business where good hospitality manners are essential, Mr. Michael front desk attendant doesn’t have any skills, real bad customer service. He is a liability to this industry.☹️

Avoid unless you have no alternative Reserved 3 rooms, all pretty dirty. One smelled like urine and semen. No shower curtain or pillowcases. Front desk was nice and responsive but couldn't get issues resolved. Ended up having to find an alternate place to stay at 11pm. Not a good experience.
