My stay at Extended Stay America, falsely listed as a three-star hotel on Expedia, was a complete disaster. I’m appalled Expedia recommended this one-star mess. For both days of our stay, we had no room keys. We had to call the front desk every time, but with only one overworked staff member, we were stuck waiting outside our room—sometimes for ages. Mr. Michael need costumer assistance inservice. The checking at 3pm wasn’t any problem and the lady (Christy) who help us at that time was excellent, but when we left to a family gathering and came back at 11pm, we ask a the service guests in the front desk (Michael) for towels he answered with an attitude and told us to bring the dirty towels first, we went to the room and the keys weren’t working, we came back to the desk we didn’t see anyone so we said “hello”, no response, we knock the desk softly since it was not a bell... read more

The guest service Michael is not friendly at all, it seems like we were bothering him, just because we asked for towels. His customer service is very poor. In this business where good hospitality manners are essential, Mr. Michael front desk attendant doesn’t have any skills, real bad customer service. He is a liability to this industry.☹️

Avoid unless you have no alternative Reserved 3 rooms, all pretty dirty. One smelled like urine and semen. No shower curtain or pillowcases. Front desk was nice and responsive but couldn't get issues resolved. Ended up having to find an alternate place to stay at 11pm. Not a good experience.

Don’t do it!!! It looked and smelled like it could have been a crackhouse. They couldn’t make keys so the receptionist had to walk everyone to their rooms to let them in. When she opened the door to the room a horrible smell smacked me in the face. I got a refund and left.

This is a rundown property. So many issues to write down but the musty odor was the worst of it. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
Don’t patronize this long term stay hotel!!! I spent 4 hours of my vacation time cleaning because the room was deplorable!! Pet hair all over the room, food splattered on walls picture frames and glass and floor, Mold on entire bathroom and even caked over 2 inch on handicap shower divider to ceramic floor.
