The room needed help. The floor had a huge dip in it, the smoke detector was dangling off the curling, the fridge made horrible noises all night, couldn’t get hot water in the bathroom sink, the bathroom sink had cracks visibly so called repaired, the bathroom floor mat had dirt stains on it and there was only a drying cloth in the kitchen, no dishwashing soap or paper towels. Smokers (including staff) was directly in front of the door. I hope to never have to stay there again.

Very poorly maintained property and the cleanliness is horrible not worth the stay.

0 The floors were dirty and the walls had food in it I only had 2 towels for two days no room service and I spent 214 on this room for two days the 2nd I didt even stay bc I told about the room nobody did anything

Unpleasant extended stay Check in was relatively easy, but once we enter the room is when we notice the lack of upkeep. The bedding we less than clean. We notice the bed sheets were a little dirty as if it had not been thoroughly washed. Under the bed was trash from previous people. The towel didn't seem to be completely clean either. There was no shower rod or shower curtain. Advertised as having full kitchen but no drain in sink dirty kitchen, had to get kitchen supplies from front desk.
