No breakfast Breakfast included is a farce. Coffee/tea, pre-packaged muffins, and packages of oatmeal. There are no bowls or other utensils in the kitchenettes. Not sure how you were supposed to make oatmeal

not again room smells bad and not even clean

Great Customer Service-Extremely Dirty The entire hotel needs to be remodeled. It was not clean at all. The front desk employees were extremely nice which made my stay better however it wasn’t clean enough or up to date enough for my liking.

The hotel smelled like weed everywhere you would go. Our fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling. We only had one towel and washcloth even though they knew there were three people staying in the room. The room key didn’t work half of the time. The “breakfast” they offer is coffee and small muffins. The staff were mostly friendly.

I’ve traveled all over, but this experience was unlike anything I’ve ever had. After a long 8-hour drive, I arrived at the hotel, only to be shocked by how dirty and disgusting the room was. The floor was sticky like someone had done construction work, and the smell was unbearable. Never again The room was dirty. Cob webs on the ceiling,windows, stuff stained the walls and desk chair. Cereal and cat litter on the floor. Disrepair of tub, furniture and walls. Trash in the parking lot. Long term residents were loud with many visitors after 10pm. Front desk staff did nothing. Phone did not work. Even the tv remote was dirty.toilet was loose.
