Nice sstaff, great location
Disappointing Clerk at Check in seemed confused, maybe new? Took her over 10 minutes to figure out her system and get me checked in to a room. When I checked out I was charged for the room, even though I had pre-paid and booked through Hotels.com. I had the same clerk again, she didn’t know how to check my original booking and see the pre-paid. And didn’t know how to give me a refund. The manager had yet to arrive for the day….. The staff at this hotel is ALWAYS acomadating and super friendly and helpful. It is the reason that I stay here more than any other hotel in the area!
