They access my room for ac maintenance without notifying me. I went out for lunch when I came back my room was completely open with couple guys inside working on the ac. I did complain to them about it. They should have notified all the guests.

Good experience at Extended Stay America I came in, I was welcomed. It was a pretty fast check in, and check out. When I checked they made sure to go double check if my room is prefect and they made sure to tell me where everything is, suck as laundry trash room vending machine stares. And made sure I was okay.
Best darn hotel in town Whether it is the amazing staff or comfortable atmosphere this place is always a great getaway. Whether it is Erik or Garrett everyone is so nice and accommodating. I never think twice to stay here. Always relaxing and quiet. I usually show up around 3 p.m. and easily get into my room. Never have I had any issues. This is a great place.

Disappointing. Not clean. Halls not vacuumed. Front desk not manned. Towels stained. Hot water in shower non existent. Elevator not vacuumed. Just not well cared for property. Will not go back. Disappointing.

The only positive thing I could say is that the guy that checked me in was friendly. Over all I didn't have a good experience. I could hear the next door people snoring the whole night and couldn't sleep. People at the parking lot turned on the engine at 1:30 am for 20 min and other guest at the hotel were very noise at the hallway in the middle of the night. What is wrong with you people?
