not horrendous but not great The hotel was understaffed when we arrived. Kitchen gear (pots, plates, etc.) has to be requested and the one person covering the desk apparently wasn't able to do it so we didn't get everything until we went back to ask again the next day. Things were not as clean as I would have liked. When we looked under the bed there was trash there still. Overall the room also just felt dingy and gross.

Central to everything within the East Bay Corridor The room could've been cleaner. There was confetti in the drawers and a party hat under the bed?? Otherwise my room was pretty comfortable and it's very quiet at night. There is construction during the day but that's ok. They're renovating to make things nicer.

just a place to stay The receptionist was friendly. There were no extras in the room. If you wanted to cook you had to bring your on pots and pans and dishes. There were no chairs at the kitchen table and we had to sit either on the bed or on a lounger. The area was neat and clean and we felt safe being there. Bart was about a half mile from the hotel. love the location but the woman at the front desk wasnt very friendly and i was given a nonsmoking room when i had reserved a smoking room and was told there wasnt anything they could do to make it right

It was a pleasant stay The girl working that night was amazing. She was super friendly and helpful. The only downside was the place kinda smelled like smoke and the bed was so stiff. My bf liked it but it wasn't comfortable to me. I'd stay again though.

On business... Liked the large room, refrigerator and sink. Good internet and computer table.

The rooms were clean and neat but where starting to show some wear There was always litter outside the hotel
