conflicted People at the front desk are always very nice very accommodating they do it they can I have been there before and it's like seeing old friends again the staff at the front desk I definitely give a five I would give it 10 there was 10 to give but the condition of the motel and the price they want for it and the quality of the breakfast is not worth it I really doubt I'll be going back and it's a shame you can I really like the staff at the desk

Biz trip Room was ok. Walls are thin so you hear everything and makes it hard to sleep. Bed was uncomfortable so made for a rough night of sleep. Staff was nice.
Good location but service needs to improve There is no clean up service during 4 night staying!
We stayed here as an alternative to more expensive hotels in SF. It was in a good location and easy to get to - 30 to 40 minute drive or BART trip to downtown SF.

Get what you pay for This hotel was exactly what I expected. Nothing more, nothing less. The price was the deciding factor as we only needed to crash for one night. It was clean and quiet. If we needed something for several days and nights, we probably would have paid a bit more and been more comfortable.
