Everything was good. Except having to get my wifes id for the room. This was odd

when we stayed in this property dring this time a resident had passed away in one of the rooms. There were cops for investigation. I had no idea what was goin on. It made me very nervous. I will never stay at an Extended Stay again.

As we entered the room, we were immediately assaulted by the smell of cigarette smoke. The carpet was filthy with visible stains. The bathtub was also stained. The complimentary breakfast was always out of coffee, and just had muffins to go with hot water for tea.

The property definitely doesn’t feel like you’re at home. Loud especially by elevator ask to be away from elevator people get on and off all hours of night and day and walls are thin. Not a nice place compared to comfort in homewood by Hilton or others in area. It is older, dingy and outdated with ok prices for what you get. They should make the rooms larger if people are staying for extended periods as they’re pretty tiny and cramped with outdated bathrooms and no soaps shampoos or amenities you’d get a lot a regular hotel ... read more

Changed room two time for a third. I requested a king sized bed for me and my partner. When we got to the room it was two full sized beds. So I changed it to a Queen because it was the only thing available. Then that room was hot, the ac was out of service so I had to change the a second time for the third room. It was my time using hotels.com and it was a very frustrating first experience.
