Meh When I arrived non smoking room was not available but they accommodate with an accessible room. But the place didn't feel like it was being well cared for or managed.

'Location is good and easy to find. The room was large enough. The biggest problem is no amenities - we had to ask for shampoo, conditioner, cups, extra towels, everything. I do not mind that the kitchen does not have dishes and such, but there is a refrigerator and stove, but no towels , no plastic cups for water or coffee, etc. This is less than you get at the cheapest motel!

Make it your own! Strange that there are no soda/water vending machines anywhere? No garbage cans in view in room. reat location in Pleasanton though.

There were no cups or drinking glasses of any kind in the room. I only discovered this in the middle of the night when I got up to get a drink of water.

Never Take a Smoking Room Again The motel was fine. I made a last minute reservation and found out when I got there that all they had was a smoking room. Thought it would be ok, but it wasn’t. I smelled it all night. Didn’t sleep well because of it. Left early in the morning. My fault though. I was warned.
