Service was fine since as the deck attendant was able to provide me replacement batteries for the thermostat as it was non-functional and freezing in the room. Hard surface floor was sticky with sticky spots throughout the carpeted areas, and hairs in sink. Otherwise, acceptable for the cost.

Stay at Extended Stay, Pleasanton, CA. I had good stay.. Breakfast is the key for most of business trips. This hotel have grab n go which I don't prefer. Important thing is I had due with this stay & haven't received yet, taking follow up till date. Hope it will settle down soon, more than week now. Thanks, Eknath Sanap

Overall it was a good experience, except for the fact that we booked a no smoking room due to the fact we have a 2 year old and when we checked into the room it indeed smelled like cigarette smoke even though they have a small sign saying how the room was checked for cleanliness and that the room smelled fine. Other than that, the shower was covered in limescale (from the shower head to the tub) so we had to lay down a towel when we showered.
