No ice machine Biggest negative was no ice machine. Never stayed at hotel with no ice machine. Had to wait several minutes for somebody to come to front desk for check in. Booked room for 5 adults but only had 4 towels and no bedding to make up the pullout couch. Had to hunt somebody down to get those. Room was clean and in a nice neighborhood.

Convenient Location and large room space Mattress and pillows were on the very firm side, large pillows made neck support across different heights/sizes difficult. Only trash under sink in kitchen. Very clean and for the size and amenities the best value in the Pleasanton area.
