Room smelled. The trash cans were right in front of my doorway. I stayed at this hotel for 4 days due to business and the trash was overflowed all four days with associated smell. The staff, which were unprofessional were never at the desk, the internet was extremely slow. I had to upgrade the internet, which had to be accomplished by their off site technical company. No parking.

Filthy Very poor. The front desk person was friendly and welcoming, but the hotel was dirty, had a lot of full-time tenants, broken down cars, trash every.

Horable It was horable never revived any of the items I requested a few times when I stayed longer I was never asked for My Id only what room and if I wanted it charged to the card on file not even to verify my name the staff seem grumpy and un happy

Needs updating -okay if you absolutely need fridge Our home's hardwood floors were being refinished and we needed somewhere to stay for 2 nights. I stayed here because I needed a hotel with kitchenette so we could make our kids' lunches in the morning before school (and keep food in fridge), and because it was close to schools. The room was in need of updating (carpet a bit worn, paint missing in spots, light fixture cover fell off, and bathroom smelled like someone had smoked in it despite being non-smoking room). Run down hotel with alot of night noise There was a lot of activity during the night by employees. Carts were rolled around all night. One night around midnight I has to ask 2 employees to be quiet because they were talking loudly outside our door. There were also abandoned vehicles in the parking lot. Breakfast was sparse. Granola bar, muffin (some mornings), coffee and prepackaged oatmeal.

Hotel seems nice from the outside. The hotel staff greeted me with grotesque rap music about "white ******* twerking". The man behind the front desk was playing this music from his cellphone while his friends took up the only seats in the lobby. It took about 25 minutes for them to figure out where my room was, after I had booked this hotel more than a month in advance. Not fully clean Our room was only half clean but we didn't realize it until we were settled in. The kitchen sink, refrigerator and bath tub were not fully cleaned. The kitchen floor was a little sticky too. The bathroom fan didn't work, the bath tub didn't drain very well while showering, and they forgot to put shampoo in the room. And the trash cans outside in the stairwell were over flowing. The staff on duty were very nice and tried to make it better but they were definitely short staffed.
