Terrible hotel Got put in a smoking room despite not being a smoker. Disgusting and smelly. Not a single cup in the room for getting a drink of water. Never again.

Not Good The place is not good at all! Went to check in at 12am and didn't get a room until 12:30am. Have never had so much trouble checking in! I booked a two bed room, hotel called me two days later offering me two rooms with queen beds I was okay with that and went to check in and neither room was ready. Driving late unable to find a vacancy. This was, "the last room available" in the area, I decided to take it even though it was a smoking room. Comfortable enough, smell of smoke not bad. But the room, though clean, felt like the bedding was quickly thrown on, there was not even a disposable cup for water though this was a room that included a cooking area. There were three over flowing garbage cans in the stair area. Way over priced for the condition of the facility.

Dirty and Understaffed This hotel is understaffed, seems to be only one person working that has to talk to everyone and then address many of the issues by themselves as well. Very poor cleanliness with garbage piling up in the stairwells, dried food in the kitchen areas and the tub did not drain most of the stay. Individuals were smoking all over the premises and even in non-smoking rooms. Very disappointing hotel experience.

Not a clean hotel Room was filthy shower the same. No supplies in bathroom. Garbage had not been emptied at dumpster for a long time. Walkways needed cleaning since 2000.

Horrible, Dirty and Smelly hotel! The room smelled very bad, there were dead bugs by the air conditioning unit. The carpet and kitchen and bathroom floors were sticky, they provided no sheets or blanket for the pull out sofa, which was horrible, you could feel every spring. My business partner had bug bites in his legs. Outside by the stairwell there was trash pulled up and it smelled horrific walking past it.
