A+++ Wonderful experience. The room was nice and clean and very comfortable. I love the atmosphere of the place as well.

A little disappointed When I arrived I found out the microwave did not work. And that is an essential item when you are having an extended stay. I am not really sure why this wasn’t in working condition before this room was used for guests? I was offered to move to a different room with a working microwave, which I discovered the two rooms they showed me to move to were smaller than the one I paid for, so I didn’t think that was a fair option. It was quiet. The heater worked well and was not too loud when turning on. Water got hot quickly. The bed was hard, but adequate.

What do we mean when we say non-smoking? Got there a bit early, (1 hr before recommended check in) so there is that caveat. Room type was not ready, so I was put in a “deluxe” room. Was told it was non-smoking, but obviously has had numerous smoking occupants. I was only there one night, and I get that it was an accommodation, but still messed with my allergies, etc, would have been impossible for a long term stay.
